How do I prepare for my rental?

You can avoid set-up delays and potential problems by checking the following before we arrive: Preparation Checklist Please be sure that someone is present at the time of delivery to show us where to set up and pay any balance due. When do you set up?

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals scheduled that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. We will always call you the day before to confirm the delivery time and that someone will be at the party location.

Does the price include set up and delivery?

There is a $20.00 charge for, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson & Boulder City which are all in our standard delivery area. If you live outside these areas, additional fees may apply depending on distance. Please give us a call if you live outside of our normal delivery area so we can discuss all options.
