Yes, we require a 20% deposit to complete the booking process. The deposit is deducted from your total.

We accept cash or credit card.

If you plan to pay with cash, please keep in mind our drivers do not carry change. If you plan to pay with credit card, you’ll have to enter your information twice – (1) to pay your deposit and (2) to pay your remaining balance. No credit card information is saved.

The only additional fee added at checkout is our $30 Delivery/Setup/Teardown/Pickup fee. There are also no taxes.

We do charge additional fees for:

  • Overnight – Keep the fun going until tomorrow, including any games & concessions!
  • Late Bookings – For same day bookings and/or less than 24 hours notice (auto-booking not allowed with less than 24 hours notice).
  • Holidays – Certain holidays have an additional fee to book on that day, we require you keep the unit overnight.

Yes! We deliver all over Las Vegas and the surrounding areas, as far as Boulder City, NV.

No, we have currently suspended park bookings until further notice.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. We also clean after we setup to ensure the unit is ready for you!

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one in our vast selection of bouncers and combos for any occasion including but not limited to: birthday parties, baby showers, Sweet 16, graduations, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.  Customer must provide waterhose that will reach the area where the bouncer is located.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, dirt, small rocks, concrete, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

As long as you cancel 24 hours prior to your event, you will receive a full refund! If you cancel after that, you will receive a refund for everything except your deposit. Once we setup at your event, all sales are final!

Yes and no, the customer is not responsible for any normal wear & tear on the unit. Overtime, the seams on the inside and outside can tear in higher traffic areas. If an issue like this should occur during your event, please contact us immediately so we can help fix the problem! 

However, if damage occurs due to negligence and/or failing to comply with the safety rules (i.e. adding water to units, not following the weight limit, rough play that results in damage, etc.) then you will be held responsible! Our damage fee starts at $300 as listed in our contract, but it could costs thousands of dollars to cover severe damage to the unit or equipment. We don’t want anyone to be put in this situation, so we require you sign the contract which states that you agree to all of the terms, requirements, and rules listed in the contract. We also send out a reminder of the safety rules prior to delivery to ensure the safety of your guests and our units.
